Description Corrosion Inhibitor Concentrate NN Concentrate for users who desire to restore optimum corrosion inhibition properties to quenchant baths.

UCON™ Quenchant A  Polyalkylene glycol based quenchant readily adapted to induction and flame hardening, as well as spray quench and immersion for items such as gears, crankshafts, camshafts, and other pieces of intricate geometry and difficult metallurgy. Used with wrought, cast and forged aluminum alloys.

UCON™ Quenchant A-NN  Non-nitrite, polyalkylene glycol based quenchant readily adapted to induction and flame hardening, as well as spray quench and immersion for items such as gears, crankshafts, camshafts, and other pieces of intricate geometry and difficult metallurgy. Used with wrought, cast and forged aluminum alloys.

UCON™ Quenchant C  Polyalkylene glycol based quenchant useful with induction hardening, as well as spray and immersion quenching for overcoming lean chemistries of steel and/or where greater depth of case hardening is desired.

UCON™ Quenchant E  Polyalkylene glycol based quenchant useful for quenching high carbon and most alloy grades of steel associated with typical oil quenching. Adaptable to induction and flame hardening, as well as spray and immersion quenching for high alloy steels with intricate geometry, including nodular, malleable and cast irons.

UCON™ Quenchant E-NN  Non-nitrite, polyalkylene glycol based quenchants useful for quenching high carbon and most alloy grades of steel associated with typical oil quenching. Adaptable to induction and flame hardening, as well as spray and immersion quenching for high alloy steels with intricate geometry, including nodular, malleable and cast irons.

UCON™ Quenchant HT  Polyalkylene glycol based quenchant adaptable to batch-type integral quench furnaces. Readily applied to spray and immersion quenching for gears, camshafts and other items having complex geometry and difficult metallurgy.

UCON™ Quenchant RL  Polyalkylene glycol based quenchant used for quenching medium-to high-carbon steel and alloy steels of most grades including 300 and 400 series stainless steels. Readily applied to spray and immersion for items such as spline shafts, gears, crankshafts, camshafts and other pieces of intricate geometry and different metallurgy.

UCON™ Quenchant RL-NN  Non-nitrite, polyalkylene glycol based quenchant used for quenching medium-to high-carbon steel and alloy steels of most grades including 300 and 400 series stainless steels. Readily applied to spray and immersion for items such as spline shafts, gears, crankshafts, camshafts and other pieces of intricate geometry and different metallurgy.

UCON™ Quenchant NT-NN  Non-tacky, non-nitrite polymer quenchant readily adapted to induction and flame hardening, using either spray or immersion quenching for items such as gears, crankshafts, camshafts, cutting blades and pieces with intricate geometry.

UCON™ ULTRAQUENCH™ RL Plus  Nonflammable, aqueous solution of a liquid organic polymer and a non-nitrite corrosion inhibitor with antimicrobial and foam protection. It is used for the quenching of medium-carbon to high-carbon steel and alloy steels of most grades, including 300 and 400 series stainless steels. Readily adapted to induction hardening, both spray and immersion quenching, for such items as spline shafts, gears, crankshafts, camshafts, and other pieces of intricate geometry and different metallurgy.
