W. Graham Associates are the New England Representatives for Kanthal Heating Systems. Kanthal Heating Systems is a full service organization that designs and manufactures a wide range of heating solutions. Products include:
Kanthal Globars Kanthal GLOBAR elements are used in
applications ranging in temperature from below 600°C up to 1600°C
(1110–2910°F) in both air and controlled atmospheres, although the type
of atmosphere used will determine the maximum recommended element
temperature.
APM Tube: KANTHAL APM tubes are extruded from a
unique FeCrAl-alloy that lets you operate at temperatures of up to
1250°C (2280°F). It does not shatter like ceramic or spall like
nickel-cromium. The lifetime is 2–4 times longer than nickel-cromium
tubes at high temperatures.
Ecothal Gas Burner Systems ECOTHAL SER-burner is one of the most efficient gas solutions on the market. ECOTHAL increases productivity, reduces gas consumptions and emissions. This is the ultimate solution for
achieving cost efficiency in your production. You can increase your
productivity due to higher power and efficiency. Fibrothal Heating ModulesFIBROTHAL is a complete modular building
system for heating and insulation of furnaces that combines the best
properties of electric heating and fiber insulation. The system is
flexible and simple to use. A normal size production furnace can be
built up in a few days.FIBROTHAL standard modules are availabe as panels, half-cylinders, cylinders and tubes. For use up to 2370 deg. F. .
Tubothal Heating Modules Kanthal's outstanding metallic element heaters for use inside all types of radiant tubes, ideally KANTHAL APMTM. Available in standard dimensions from 68 to 170 mm (2.6–6.6 in) diameter. Power up to 40 kW/m (12.2 kW/ft) length. The use of APM wire is the reason for the
high performance of TUBOTHAL elements. The life at 1000°C (1830°F)
furnance temperature is more than double that of NiCr wire
Super Elements High power and long life electric heating
elements for use up to very high temperatures. Manufactured as
ready-made elements, straight or bent in a broad range of standard and
special dimensions and shapes. Used mainly in laboratory furnaces and
production furnaces in the glass-, electronics-, steel-, ceramics and
heat treatment industry. Six grades with specific features for use
in new demanding applications and atmospheres. KANTHAL Super can now be
used directly in nitrogen, hydrogen, vacuum and mixtures of endogas and
reducing atmospheres.
Moduthal: Fully interchangeable ceramic modules for temperatures up to 1350ºC (2460ºF)
Superthal Heating Systems:Heating modules with KANTHAL® Super
elements and ceramic fiber in the form of half-cylinders, cylinders,
panels or completely tailor made for use up to 1650°C (3000°F).
